Airport Pick-up - A staff member from SES HUB will be present at the airport to receive the student and assist to clear immigration and collect baggage.
Accommodation - We will help international students to choose from a wide range of accommodation options according to their budget, i.e.
  Halls of resident
  Boarding schools
  Private hostels
  Home stay
  Independent apartments
  Room rental
Medical Check-up - SES HUB will assist the student to do a complete medical check-up which is mandatory to all international students. Thereafter, we help to collect the medical report and submit it to the relevant authorities. Medical fee shall be paid by the applicant.
Student Pass - Our Guardians shall accompany the student to the Immigration Checkpoint Authority (ICA) for the Student Visa procedure. Student pass issuance fee shall be paid by the applicant.
Passport renewal assistance, and liaison with embassies
Bank Account - Assist students to open their bank account for the duration of their stay in Singapore.
Public Transport - Information will be provided on the public transport system for the bus, train and taxi services.
Food - Guide students to local eatery outlets including markets and where to get the best prices.
Living - Brief students on living standards in Singapore and how to mingle & blend in a society which may be new to them. Singapore has its own unique regulations and SES-HUB will brief the students the dos and don’ts. This briefing is a continuous process.
Follow Up - Check with the student from time to time on their progress regarding accommodation conditions, school and personal issues.

Liaison - with schools, parents and students on educational and other matters
Transfer of school - assist when required should the student need to change schools
Higher Studies - assist in the application process
24-Hour Emergency Services - Our Guardians can be reached 24 hours/day, 7 days/week and 52 weeks/year. We are never closed, even on public holidays! We act on behalf of parents in case of emergency or crisis. Students and parents can reach us for any emergencies such as:
